Adirondack Smoked Meats started in Brasher Center, New York in Northeastern St. Lawrence County. We were founded to meet the needs of local farmers and hunters. Our services include smoking meats and cheeses and sausage making. Our product lines includes such specialties as Pepper Bologna, Kielbasa and Jalapeno and Cheese Hot Dogs, along with our award-winning snack sticks and jerky. Every year we have new satisfied customers who try our award winning smoked products including beef jerky, snack sticks, smoked hams, bacon and cheeses.
